We work the best of us to provide you our best of products which is unique to you; however they will qualify for return or refund if the product itself is flawed, if the quality of the printing is poor, or if the final product is materially different from the product presented on the site or for any reasons you found it not quite right for you. You must submit a claim within 30 days of after you received the package for free of charge. Please drop us a message via our official email: support@vizzos.com

You’ll need your order number as well as the email address used to place the order. We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Any unauthorized returns, or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged or without tags will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited. Please note that customers are not responsible for return shipping rates, we have got it covered. Besides, each order is only provided one free return label.

Whenever you received the return label from us please send the product to our designated address located in the US so that we can inspect your products faster.
